How a room will feel later
can be shown today

For hotels, holiday apartments, holiday homes and restaurants. The basis is an existing photograph or a new one — both work.

From approval to the finished picture takes two to five days, and one round of corrections is included. The architecture stays untouched: layout, windows and proportions do not change, only furnishing, materials and light.

Sometimes it takes
a break in style

In the original the hotel room feels classic and somewhat heavy: dark furniture, strong fabrics and many different shapes define the space.

Virtual staging turns this into a calmer concept with light wood, fewer pieces of furniture and a clear palette. The view opens up, light and outlook gain room.

Suddenly the room feels more contemporary, without its architecture changing at all.

Modernising
without losing the character

The architecture of this hotel room is timeless.

Calmer furnishing, lighter materials and reduced lighting create a more contemporary picture without changing the original character of the space.

The room stays the same. Only its era changes.

Common questions
on virtual staging

Answers without detours

What do you need from me?

An existing photograph is enough as a basis, or I photograph the room first. Both work.

How long does it take?

From approval to the finished picture takes two to five days. One round of corrections is included.

What does virtual staging cost?

That depends on the work per picture and cannot be stated flatly. The number of pictures and the amount are set out in the quote beforehand. If the room is photographed first, the normal day rate applies.

Does the room stay recognisable?

Yes. The architecture stays the same – layout, windows and proportions. What changes is furnishing, materials and light. The room stays the same room.

When is virtual staging worth it?

In hotels, holiday apartments and holiday homes, in restaurants: for empty rooms and for planned renovations, when you want to show how a room will look before it is finished.
